As part of the Waltham Forest Town Hall Campus transformation programme we supplied just over 2,500 square metres of a bespoke blend of Purbeck Stone paving in a bush hammered finish with a brushed finish border. The stunning installation includes an entrance, circular water feature and paved square. A natural stone sealer by LTP, ECOPROTEC was also used to protect the stone from stains.
The paving was installed by Foran Construction Ltd. on behalf of the main contractor ISG and Landscape Architects Churchman Thornhill Finch.
A stunning natural stone installation which has created a community space for future generations to enjoy whilst reflecting the architectural language of the Grade II listed Town Hall. We're really proud to have had our Purbeck Stone paving selected for this project; demonstrating the versatility of British Stone and it's low carbon credentials as a building material for public realm schemes.
The official opening for Fellowship Square was held in July 2021 and you can find out more on the project and wider regeneration scheme on the Waltham Forest website.
